Tech-pack review
Patterns, BOMs and grading checked by our technical team, with a costed reply inside 48 hours.

Fabric & trim sourcing
Lab dips, hand-feel options and trim cards pulled from the library or developed to your standard.

Proto & SMS
First proto in 7–10 days; salesman samples graded, pressed and photographed for your showroom.

Fit approval
Live fittings over video from Guangzhou or Paris, with red-lined tech packs returned in 24 hours.
05
Bulk production
Dedicated lines per category with inline IPQC at every tenth bundle and weekly photo reports.
06
Final QC & freight
AQL 2.5 final inspection, needle detection, carton plans and FOB, CIF or DDP shipping.

Lead times ex-factory Guangzhou from bulk fabric in-house. Add 7 days during peak season (August–October). Payment: 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy; L/C at sight accepted for orders above $80,000.
